Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the dbt2222 platform — including but not limited to the casino gaming section, the sportsbook, any promotional offer, and any customer support channel — you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and dbt2222 (the "Platform" or "we"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not create an account or use any dbt2222 service.

• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your location.

If we determine at any time that a player does not meet the eligibility requirements above, dbt2222 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account, withhold any pending withdrawals, and void any bonus winnings. Any deposits made by an ineligible player will be refunded to the original payment method where technically possible.

Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one active dbt2222 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration is a violation of these Terms & Conditions and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dbt2222 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. dbt2222 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access occurred as a result of your failure to protect your credentials.

• Use a strong, unique password for your dbt2222 account that is not used on any other website or service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account security settings for additional protection.
• Log out of your dbt2222 account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Notify dbt2222 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

dbt2222 supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) via the following local payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank transfers. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed within your account dashboard and may vary by payment method.

All deposits are credited to your dbt2222 account balance in real time or within a short processing window, depending on your selected payment method. dbt2222 does not charge any deposit processing fee, though your payment provider may apply their own charges independent of dbt2222.

Withdrawal requests are processed by the dbt2222 payments team within 1 to 24 hours of submission, depending on the payment method selected and subject to any pending identity verification requirements. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until all applicable KYC requirements have been satisfied.

• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by the dbt2222 payments team.
• dbt2222 reserves the right to conduct additional checks before processing large withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.
• Balances may only be withdrawn after any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds have been met in full.
• dbt2222 does not accept payments from third parties. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.

Bonuses and Promotions

The following general rules apply to all dbt2222 bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (also referred to as a "playthrough requirement") that must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each individual promotion's terms.
• Bonus funds are used after real-money funds have been exhausted in any betting session, unless stated otherwise.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus on a secondary account constitutes multi-accounting and will result in account suspension.

• Maximum bet sizes during active bonus wagering may be restricted. Exceeding the maximum bonus bet limit may result in the voiding of the bonus and associated winnings.

Game Rules and Betting Conduct

Prohibited Conduct and Fraud

The following activities are strictly prohibited on dbt2222 and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Multi-accounting: Creating, operating, or benefiting from more than one dbt2222 account, whether directly or through a third party.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting bonus offers through systematic wagering patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements, including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, arbitrage betting, or deliberate match betting across multiple accounts.
• Collusion: Co-ordinating with other players in casino games (particularly poker or live dealer formats) to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Use of bots or automated software: Using any automated system, script, bot, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with dbt2222 games, betting markets, or any other platform feature in place of human input.
• Payment fraud: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment credentials; initiating chargebacks following a confirmed and legitimate deposit; or exploiting payment processing errors.
• Money laundering: Using dbt2222 to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds for purposes of concealing the origin of illegally obtained money. dbt2222 operates AML (Anti-Money Laundering) monitoring and will report suspicious activity as required.
• Manipulation of game outcomes: Attempting to interfere with the technical integrity of any game or betting market through exploitation of software bugs, network interception, or any other technical means.

Account Suspension and Closure

dbt2222 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other unlawful conduct.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• A player self-requesting account closure or self-exclusion through the responsible gaming tools.
• dbt2222 determining, at its sole discretion, that continued operation of the account presents a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

Any confirmed real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method following account closure, subject to standard KYC and withdrawal checks.

If your account is closed by dbt2222 for a breach of these Terms & Conditions, no entitlement to the remaining account balance exists with respect to any funds attributable to fraudulent activity or bonus abuse. Legitimate real-money deposits not linked to the breach may be considered for return at dbt2222's discretion following a full investigation.

Intellectual Property

All content on the dbt2222 platform — including but not limited to the dbt2222 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and any other materials — is the intellectual property of dbt2222 or its respective licensors (including game studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the dbt2222 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and betting activities. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the dbt2222 platform without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any software underlying the dbt2222 platform.
• Use the dbt2222 brand, name, logo, or any other proprietary material in any commercial context without express written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of dbt2222 intellectual property may result in account closure and may expose the responsible party to legal proceedings.

Limitation of Liability

The dbt2222 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While dbt2222 takes all reasonable measures to ensure platform availability and reliability, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dbt2222 shall not be liable for:

• Technical failures, server downtime, internet connectivity issues, or any other disruption to platform access that is outside dbt2222's reasonable control.

• Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit dbt2222's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own gross negligence, or for any form of liability that cannot be excluded under applicable mandatory law.

Amendments to These Terms

dbt2222 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes may be required to reflect updates in applicable law, new platform features, changes to payment processing arrangements, or any other operational change affecting the player relationship.

When material changes are made to these Terms & Conditions, dbt2222 will notify registered players by posting an updated version of the document on this page, with the "Last Updated" date revised accordingly. In cases of significant changes affecting player rights or obligations, dbt2222 may also provide notification via the email address registered to your account or via an in-platform notification upon your next login.

Your continued use of the dbt2222 platform following the posting of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure and return of any eligible balance.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are written in English and the English version shall be the authoritative version in the event of any dispute regarding interpretation. Any translation of these Terms & Conditions provided for reference purposes shall not supersede the English text.
